A restorative 60 minute session with Reiki to help you find relaxation and ease energetic blockages. An angel card reading to get guidance on where you're at right now and how you can continue to move forward in an intuitive way.
This session is really to help you find peace and connect with yourself. To find ease in your body and trust in the timing of your journey. When things feel overwhelming it’s hard to know where to look for guidance, but more often than not, you have the answers within you. This session is to build that trust back in yourself and if you believe in it, trust in the Universe.
Expect a yummy hot drink on arrival, a chat with Nav to understand what bring you to the session, hands on Reiki in the treatment room (it’s toasty warm in there! Cosy vibes only), followed by another yummy hot drink and your angel card reading.
If you’d prefer not to pick angel cards, that’s okay, we can just have a longer Reiki session!
